Recently, the business relocated from a unit just off Division Street in Downtown Northfield to the Crossings building, near Highway 3. You might be familiar with our other work in the Crossings buildings at Brick Oven Bakery and the living units. While the location was ideal, the tenant required a commercial remodel to customize the space to their needs.
For this project, Northfield Construction Company completed a commercial office buildout for the marketing company to move into the second floor of The Crossings, a newly constructed building. The tenant fit-up took space from stud walls to completed office space.
The project, which was completed in early Fall of 2015, consisted of about 2,000 square feet and included open office areas as well as spaces for creative connections. It can be described as a tenant fit-up, which is a specific remodel of a space to fit a tenants’ individual needs. In this case, it meant building an office space from the walls in.
