- Overview This home has three-foot overhangs, which provide more shade in the summer. The exterior has LP smartboard prefinished siding and a low-maintenance deck built with Trex Enhanced Decking and powder-coated aluminum railings. The home's interior has an open design, lots of natural light, and beamed living room ceilings. The kitchen's upper cabinets have some hanging shelves which create a clean look. There are also three tub lights in the ceilings, bringing additional natural lighting. The home has one full and ¾ bathroom up and a partially completed ¾ bath below. Heating is a two-stage ECM blower efficient furnace.
