Take a look at our newest completed commercial remodel project–Northfield’s new State Farm insurance office.
For this 1,440 square foot project, we turned an existing multi-tenant retail center into an office space. The office includes 4 private offices as well as open offices and “back of house”.
Additionally, we installed several windows into the offices to get natural light in to the front of the space.
A consistent challenge and inspiration of working with franchise is the requirement to work with client’s architect and corporate brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency. The Northfield Construction Company team worked within limited budgetary specifications, but still met the client’s goals and got them open in time for business (Jan 1, 2016).
