- Overview NCC was honored to be part of this project led by the Community Action Center of Northfield. NCC and other local contractors constructed homes and multi-unit buildings that will provide energy-efficient housing for those in need. Hillcrest Village will allow families and individuals to move from emergency housing to transitional housing and finally to affordable housing without ever leaving home.
