We are starting work on a new home in Northfield…..in our April blizzard! This home is on College Street where a house burned down a couple of years ago. It is a great lot, with nice slope to the south and east. Our first task is locating the sewer and water services, then we will move on to the general excavation work. We’ve fenced the site and erected the silt fence. Now we would appreciate some cooperative weather!
