Neuger Communications…painting

The painters were busy last week doing painting work at the Neuger Communication project on Bridge Square. We finished up most of the drywall so they primed the walls. A big portion of the building is having the ceiling structure and mechanical ductwork exposed so they also painted that. The painters used what is called ‘dryfall’ paint for the ceiling areas. This is a special type of paint that dries very quickly as it falls to the floor–so quickly that it is very dry when it lands on the floor. The overspray paint can be swept up off the floor instead of having a gooey, sticky mess of regular wet paint to deal with.
