Today we finished up phase one of our work at the Kenyon Sunset Home. The architect and owners did their final inspection prior to occupancy of this phase. In short order they will move residents into their “new” rooms. The new corridors look wonderful. They are much brighter than the old corridors due to new lighting, paint and ceiling finishes. The new windows we installed in the resident rooms also create a much brighter environment. We ordered the windows with a red exterior finish similar to the painted finish on the old windows we removed. The new windows look great from inside and outside.
We plan to let the residents get settled in this newly remodeled area, then start phase two right after Christmas.
