We have started to install the roof trusses on the new home we are constructing on Northfield’s West side. We completed the floor system, exterior walls and sheathing and most of the interior walls. All the walls have been braced and the carpenters are now setting the roof trusses. This house has a hip roof—-all sides slope down—-which creates a very stable, strong roof.
