We recently worked with a fun local establishment, Keepsake Cidery, on their new tasting room. This was a fun project with a lot of personal touches from the Keepsake family. We visited with Nate, who owns and operates Keepsake Cidery along with his wife and family, to learn about his experience partnering with NCC on this project.
What was it like working with NCC on this project?
I knew I could trust NCC to get the job done at the highest level. Communication was very good and everyone was enjoyable to work with. I am very happy with NCC and the finished project.
Being such a unique operation, tell us what it is like being a part of the Northfield community?
We love this community. Its is one of the main reasons we chose to literally put our roots down in the Cannon Valley. People here are active and supportive, we love being a place the community can come enjoy a local made drink, meal, hike, and music.
