  • Overview This beautiful building is a 45-unit assisted living, independent living, and respite care facility. Designed by Mithun Architects from Seattle, Millstream Commons is a three-story wood frame building and was a Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) project. The building includes a remote bank facility, beauty shop, full dining and kitchen facilities, craft room, and lounge areas. Each living unit is fully handicap accessible and contains a bedroom(s), living area, small kitchen, and bathroom.
