Our West side garage project has moved along nicely with the good weather we had last week. The workers completed the roofing, soffits and fascia and are now starting on the siding. This garage has 9′ high frame walls, sitting on 8″ concrete block. That provides a nice ceiling height for storage in the garage. The carpenters will be installing fiber-cement lap siding on the garage. The exterior will be very low maintenance for the owners.
