Northfield Construction Company is a full service general contractor located in Northfield, Minnesota. Founded in 1972, we have been engaged in both residential and commercial construction. By employing full-time local workers, we are able to deliver our projects on time and within established budgets with a true commitment to customer satisfaction. To further our mission, we are looking to hire a full-time Administrative & Project Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Serve as the point person for scheduling, answering phones, and offering general visitor support
— Work closely with President to provide general administrative support
— Financial data entry and running monthly reports
— Enter financial data and run monthly reports
— Provide property information and customer service to existing and potential tenants
— Create and deliver job proposals; administer job tracking and follow-up calls
— Coordinate marketing campaigns, materials, and blog posts
— Create and review print documents, including job proposals and agreements
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
— Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
— Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills coupled with ability to prioritize workload
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
— Experience with Microsoft Office programs
— Basic accounting knowledge; Quickbooks experience a plus
— Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, and Photoshop a plus
