We have started work on two new residential cottages for Laura Baker Services (LBS). LBS has been fixture in Northfield for well over a century. Part of what they do is to provide care to special needs persons in a campus residential setting. These two new cottages will be homes for 14 of their residents.
We have completed the roofing on one cottage, and today we set roof trusses on the second cottage. These two cottages are similar in design to the two cottages we remodeled two years ago, and also the new cottage we built several years ago for LBS. We are proud to be working with them on these two new cottages and related work.
