Our carpenters have set the floor system in place on this family room expansion project in Elko New Market. We used floor trusses on this floor like we do on many of our projects. Open web floor trusses provide an excellent way to install mechanical work without cutting joists or having the systems drop below the lower level ceiling. They also provide a strong, level floor which is important to us.
