Double Unit at The Crossings in Northfield, MN

For the past few months we have been busily working on another project at The Crossing condominium building in Northfield, MN. This project is unique in that we are combining two separate units into one large unit. That has had challenges in dealing with the fire sprinkler modifications, bathroom changes, etc. It is going to be a spectacular unit when we are finished. The large living room has a see-through gas fireplace in the center to separate the living area from the dining area. The fireplace also conceals a structural steel column that was in the common wall.
