  • Overview This 7,726 sq. ft. building has three parts: employee & office space, packing area, and equipment storage. The office and packing area include highly efficient Structurally Insulated Panels, and the roof consists of wood on the outside and insulation on the inside. The main floor has vaulted ceilings, employee bathrooms, laundry, offices, and a kitchen. The second floor has a studio, and the third is a large office. The equipment storage is 3,040 sq. ft. and has vaulted trusses for added height, three large overhead doors, and service doors.

    Northfield Construction Company received 1st place award in the Commercial/Industrial/Institutional Buildings under 10,000 sq. ft. division by Energy Panel Structures, Inc., for their energy efficient efforts at SEEDS farm!
