Shed remodel and garage upgrades
The backyard shed and garage were transformed from outdated and underutilized to polished, weather-tight, and highly functional.

- Complete removal and rebuild of soffits, siding, doors, and windows
- New framing, spray foam wall insulation (R21), and blown ceiling insulation (R38)
- White metal liner panels for a clean, bright interior
- Updated garage doors (both on the shed and main house)
- New windows and entry door for added natural light and accessibility
- All new interior and exterior lighting and electrical in conduit
The result? A clean, insulated, and attractive space that now matches the quality of the home.
Mudroom/entryway makeover
The home’s entryway was reimagined into a space that’s both welcoming and highly functional. Gone are the old closets and armoire—replaced with custom cabinetry and crisp, white 1×8 nickel gap paneling for a clean and modern look.

- Built-in cabinetry and thoughtful storage solutions
- New casing, base, and trim throughout
- Fresh paint and drywall touch-ups
- Upgraded service door with new hardware
- Updated electrical and heating elements to match the space

Kitchen improvements

What we updated:
- Extended the kitchen island for added prep and gathering space
- Installed new quartz countertops
- Re-enamelled cabinet doors and drawer fronts
- Added clear cedar tongue-and-groove ceiling in both the kitchen and family room
- Installed perimeter LED lighting and pendant fixtures for improved ambiance and visibility
This kitchen now reflects both function and personality, ready for entertaining or everyday use.
Bathroom shower remodel
The outdated shower was fully removed and replaced with a more modern, spa-like design.
Features included:
- Large-format ceramic tile to the ceiling with minimal grout lines
- Frameless glass shower door for a clean, open feel
- Built-in niche for shower storage
- Upgraded plumbing with handheld showerhead
- New drywall, insulation, and bright LED lighting overhead
The transformation created a relaxing retreat that feels like a high-end upgrade—without the need to expand the footprint.
